Understanding Hitler’s Conception of Christianity

AHRS

Kurt Ludecke makes a poignant point, in I Knew Hitler, which seems a little out of place if you ask me, about Hitler having paused in silence upon uttering the name of Jesus Christ during a conversation. In addition, Richard Breiting pointed out that there was a very large figure of Jesus Christ on display as a permanent feature of Hitler’s “Great Hall of Senators” (Secret Conversations with Hitler, p. 18). I think these things speak for themselves. One will not come to find a figure of Christ in the home or office of an atheist or agnostic.

Nearly all of Hitler’s many diatribes are ‘religious’ in nature, and I think that this is also a very important point that must be addressed. Hitler was born and raised Catholic, and once an individual is imbued with Christian ideology, it is nearly impossible to divorce oneself of this ethos. Christians may deviate, or allegedly “fall away,” but remember that Christianity was not viewed at all the same in Hitler’s day as it is nowadays. In Hitler’s day there was not this concept of being “born again”. That is a necessarily American Judeo-Christian conception that came to the fore only recently. Christianity was a way of life… not a “thing” that you “acquired” during some ritualized encounter (such as “receiving” the Holy Ghost). This Americanized version of Christianity is ludicrous and strange in my view, and I will not get into it here, but I think it is important to mention it.

In addition, Hitler even mentions Christ and Christianity in conversations with Martin Bormann—a staunch anti-Christian—in Table-Talk. Why would Hitler even bring this up if it was not on his mind for a good portion of the time? I need not go into how often his secretaries had commented about his conversations with regard to the “Church Question”. I think that Hitler could not wholly throw off the yoke of the Christian indoctrination he had received, but instead, wished to consolidate it with the Enlightened conception of ‘reason’. But, to say that he was not Christian merely because of this… or that he was not Christian because his Christian beliefs cannot be verified by more recent measures of what it means to be Christian… I sincerely believe to be quite incorrect.

Also, do not forget the numerous conversations Hitler had with Otto Wagener, many of which deal with Jews and their role, Christ, and Christianity. Anonymous, you point up the fact that Christianity—and I presume you got this conception of Christianity from Dostoevsky, as you had mentioned him in your piece—is a personal encounter with God. Well, the widely held belief that Christ is our “personal” Savior is inherently problematic and let me explain why.

If we are to suppose that Christianity, as you have espoused, is a personal relationship between God and individual men, then why did Christ order His followers to spread a socialist Gospel throughout greater Europe? Moreover, why did He bother about the Jews for so long before finally giving up to their pride?

Well, first of all, when someone orders their followers to spread their message of socialism to many peoples, that is a “social” conception. Contemplate it for a moment… if Christ had not intended for His followers to erect social structures and communities in His name, then why would he have ordered his Apostles to spread the Gospel to various European communities and peoples? Do I need to mention that Christ, if He was indeed divine as well as human, had enough omnipotence to see that His “Gospel” would spread the world over and be utilized as a socialist prototype? The commandments Christ gave are in alignment with socialism… with the idea of building complex social structures with a “Gospel” foundation with the ultimate goal being that of perpetual peace. Christ knew that capitalism would not work because there is always a raucous element, of corruption and greed, which capitalism ‘enables’ much more readily than socialism. He intended for His doctrine to become a foundation for socialist-based communities of many different Völks.

That being addressed, I will move on to my second point.

Christ ‘wasted’ an awful lot of His time attempting to “win over” the Jewish people. I must digress for just a second and mention that Jews were predominantly money-lenders during Christ’s day—not necessarily of their own accord though—because it was one of the only jobs that Roman Christians would allow them to do. [Though, at this point, I seriously doubt that the “poor” Jews “had” to become usurers. That is, in all probability, another one of their satanic lies—as they admit that usury is okay when committed against Gentiles in the Satanic Bible of Talmudic Cabala.] Jews were a loathed social element during the days of Rome, but Christ felt compelled to preach to them regardless. It later cost Him His life, but that is another discussion I will not get into. As I mentioned, Christ wasted time and preached in vain to the Jewish capitalists in an attempt to curtail their greed-ridden ways, as they preyed upon the poor and lower middle classes especially. Christ willed to turn them from these ways because it was not conducive to a healthy socialism. He ordered that everyone should love their brethren, which is clearly a socialist idea. Christ’s ideas of selflessness, hard work, loving your fellow brethren, respecting your enemies… these were the elements of proto-socialism, which subsequently came to full fruition upon the horrors of the first Industrial Revolution. Hitler makes a point of this in many a conversation with Wagener, and I would recommend that you read the book, as I have already included his quotes in my dissertation.

The idea of individualism and individual salvation is an interpretation of Christianity, and is actually much more in line with Judaism, as pointed up by Thomas Cahill in his book The Gifts of the Jews (I highly recommend people read this. It is a very good book). The Jewish religion was the religion that established the personal relationship with God, in turn endowing His creation with individual “personalities.” Christ staunchly opposed Judaism, and the tying together of the two doctrines was probably an effort on the part of the Jewish people to avoid relentless and brutal persecution at the hands of Christians upon the death of Christ, and past Jewish-led persecution of Christians during the days of Rome. Jews had to become extra cunning, especially upon the conversion of Emperor Constantine. Historians still do not know exactly when or why the two doctrines were conjoined, but they are not meant to complement one another, contrary to popular Judeo-Christian belief.

Christ ushered in a completely revolutionary form of socialism, which staunchly rejected Judaism and the idea of the “individual” above all else, and that is why the Jews “liquidated Him,” as Hitler had pointed out. Christians can bend and twist the writings in the Bible and the words of Christ all they wish, but it cannot change historical fact and truth. Christ was anti-Jewish, and to try and whitewash His rejection of everything Jewish, or to try and explain it away, or better yet… to attempt to call Christ the one who ushered in the Judeo-Christian “lie” because He was really “just another Jew”… is to falsify history.

Upon reading this, I hope it becomes clear as to why Hitler “de-Jewified” the Bible. It was his earnest attempt to get at the truth and reveal it, because the fact of the matter is, if Christianity is indeed a necessarily Jewish conception, then Europeans will want no part of it. If Christ had been the prophesied Messiah, as false Christians still believe, then why did the Jews liquidate Him? It is senseless to buy into this clap-trap. The Jewish Messiah is a king, as in “leader on earth”, not some magical place called Heaven. Why would the European Gentiles have embraced the Jewish Messiah because the Jews rejected Him? This is senseless at best.

An accurate belief would be more along the lines of this: Christ was the European-Gentile Savior and that is why the Jews liquidated Him. He rejected their smug individualism, greed, and pride because these were traits of His antithesis. He preached a revolutionary socialism to the Europeans, so that they could stand against this evil as a collective community of brothers, as this is the only thing in the world powerful enough to confront capitalism and everything anti-socialist, head-on.

National Socialism had its very base in Christian doctrine, as espoused by Dr. Cajus Fabricius in his remarkable tract entitled Positive Christianity in the Third Reich. Christianity had to be reinvented, otherwise it would have dissipated utterly. Hitler realized this, and took it upon himself to make sure that it was reinvented as opposed to rejected or dropped altogether. He also realized that if his people could not identify with Christ and His teachings, then they would fall away from the faith. No European wants a Jewish Savior, just as no African man wants a White European Savior. This idea that Christ was the world Savior is dangerous, not only for the faithful, but for the faithless. It stands in utter contention and contrast with real life and reason. For instance, how on earth are the Chinese people going to be expected to embrace Christ? They cannot possibly relate to a White European male who dons Himself the Son of God (if He indeed did this at all). That is why they embrace Buddha, which is much more sensible. False Christians are the ones who actually buy into the idea that God only saves those who come to Him through Christ. Well, I suppose 99% of humanity will be in Hell then. That really makes a lot of sense now, doesn’t it? God made sure that His son did not make it to all the peoples of the world but, expects Europeans, whom He did send Christ to save (albeit from the Jews), to travel the entire globe telling people about their Savior that they must now also embrace, or they will surely go to Hell.

So, if this is what you mean by Christianity, then no, Hitler was not a Christian, and neither am I. The only godless people in this world are the Jews and their willing collaborators. Everyone else is trying to seek out God in this antichrist world of Jewish lies, war, murder, and deception. Every single ideology the Jews cling to is another crown of satanic blaspheme. The only one we ought to cling to, and believe in, is God. I don’t care how you get to God, just get to Him.
